Rewards terms & conditions.
Earn points through consistent training. These rules explain how the HWXYZ Rewards Programme works.
Effective 28 October 2026. All dates and times use Singapore time (UTC+8).
10 points per qualifying training day. Three days in a week earn a 10-point bonus. Up to 40 points each week.

Organiser
The HWXYZ Rewards Programme (the “Programme”) is run by HWXYZ PTE. LTD. (“HWXYZ”, “we”), Keng Cheow Street, #04-10, The Riverside Piazza, Singapore 059608.
Eligibility
Open to active HWXYZ members aged 18 and above. HWXYZ staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
Points
A completed training session recorded by HWXYZ equipment earns 10 points for that day. Only one session per day and the first three qualifying days per week count. Completing three qualifying days in a week earns a 10-point bonus, for a maximum of 40 points per week. A week runs from Monday to Sunday. Extra weight, reps, duration or training to failure earn no extra points.
Seasons
Each season follows a calendar quarter: January–March, April–June, July–September or October–December. The first season under these rules runs from 28 October to 31 December 2026. Points and weekly progress reset when a new season begins; only training completed within the current season counts.
Winners
At the end of each season, members are ranked by total points. Ties are decided by the number of weeks with three qualifying training days. Members still tied share the same rank and receive prizes of equal value for that rank. The number of prize places is announced with the season’s prizes.
Prizes
Prizes and the number of winners are announced at the start of each season. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable. We may substitute a prize of similar value. Contact customer support for the season’s prize details.
Collection
Winners are contacted by email and must collect their prize in person from HWXYZ staff within 30 calendar days of the notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
Fair play
Points must be earned through genuine use of equipment. Sharing accounts, tampering with equipment or data, or any attempt to manipulate scores leads to disqualification.
Safety first
Train within your limits. Scores never justify unsafe training. Consult a doctor before starting an exercise programme.
Data
We use your training data to calculate scores. Leaderboards display your chosen nickname, score and rank only with your consent; opting out of public display does not remove your eligibility. Personal training records are not displayed. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s PDPA and our privacy policy.
Changes
HWXYZ may change, suspend or end the Programme or these terms. Changes will be posted on this page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HWXYZ is not liable for loss or injury arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded.
Decisions
Our decisions on points, winners and disqualification are final.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
